(a) No person shall operate skateboards, rollerblades and rollerskates upon the sidewalks within the following described area within the Village:
Commencing with the intersection of Front Street and Huron Street, along Front Street, northeast to Edison Drive, southeast along Edison Drive to Merry Street, southwest along Merry Street to Huron Street, northwest along Huron Street to Church Street.
(b) Violation of this prohibition shall be considered a minor misdemeanor.
