(a) The placement of any type of privately owned signs on Municipally owned utility poles within the Village shall be prohibited.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and could be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) with each day of violation being considered a separate offense. (Ord. 176-07-00. Passed 7-25-00.)
