§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the terms of §§ 73.01 - 73.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be penalize by up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine in the amount of $1,000.
