§ 35.02 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE DEFINED.
   An ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE is a violation of a provision of this code and is subject to the administrative penalties set forth in the schedule of offenses and penalties referred to in § 35.08.
