The fees, charges, and rates for the purposes set forth in this code for licenses, permits, and municipal services shall be in the amounts set forth in this chapter. Reference to the amounts set forth herein in other portions of this code or in other ordinances may be made in such terms as “required fee,” “established fee,” “required license fee,” “license fee,” and “license fee in the required amount,” without specific reference to this chapter, in which event the amounts herein set forth shall be applicable.
