§ 154.036 FLOOD PLAIN AREAS; REGULATIONS.

No structures shall be placed in any floodway. Structures proposed within the flood plain shall be consistent with Chapter 153 of this code and/or statewide Standards and Criteria for Management of Flood Plain Areas (Minn. Rules, parts 6120.5100 through 6120.6200, as may be amended from time to time).
