§ 152.41 PERMITS AND VARIANCES; HAZARD MARKING AND LIGHTING.
   Any permit or variance granted by the Zoning Administrator or Board of Adjustments and Appeals, as the case may be, may, if such an action is deemed advisable to effectuate the purpose of this chapter and be reasonable in the circumstances, so condition the permit or variance as to require the owner of the structure or tree in question at his or her own expense, to install, operate, and maintain thereon any markers and lights as may be necessary to indicate to pilots the presence of an airport hazard.
