Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any weekday, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle except for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers or freight and then only for a period of not longer than is necessary for the discharge or receipt of these passengers or freight, at places set forth below.
