SCHEDULE III. TWO HOUR ANGLE PARKING ZONES.
   No person shall park, place, or keep any vehicle for more than two hours without moving between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the places set forth below. All vehicles shall be parked at an angle as described in Schedule II of this chapter.
