No person shall park, place, or keep any vehicle except in the manner hereinafter described, herein referred to as angle parking, at the places set forth in the table which follows. On any street listed below, every vehicle parked shall be parked with the front of the vehicle facing the curb or the edge of the traveled portion of the street at an angle of approximately 45 degrees and facing between the painted or other markings as markings on the curb or street indicating the parking space. No vehicle of more than 20 feet in length or vehicle with trailer attached with a combined length of more than 20 feet shall be parked in any angle parking zone.
