(A) Notwithstanding anything in § 72.01 to the contrary, the owner and/or lessee of any private property situated within the main business district may authorize and permit only on his or her private property the operation, propelling, or riding of skateboards or similar devices or roller skates or in-line skates, provided further, however, that no operation shall be on any public lands.
(B) In-line skating and roller skating only shall be allowed on those streets named in Chapter 74, Schedule VI, Table (B).
