For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Includes all vehicles powered by other than muscular power.
OWNER. Includes any person, firm, association, or corporation owning or renting a motor vehicle.
SNOW REMOVAL PERIOD. A period of time of no more than three days after each snowfall, except that the SNOW REMOVAL PERIOD shall be deemed to have terminated on those streets in this municipality on which snow has been removed if the removal has been completed in a period of time less than three days.
