§ 71.20 NO PARKING BY CERTAIN BUILDING ENTRANCES; SIGNS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Parking by entrances of certain buildings. No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle on any street or highway within the corporate limits of this municipality in front of the entrance to, or exit from, any theater, dance hall, church, hospital, school, or any hotel having 25 or more rooms, for the full width of the entrance or exit during the hours that the buildings are in use by the public.

   (B)   No Parking signs required at building entrances. The owner of any building used for the above purposes shall cause to be placed at the entrance or exit one hour before the building is opened to public use proper, adequate, and visible signs subject to approval of the Chief of Police, giving notice to the public of these hours of use of the building. The signs shall be removed when this use ceases.
