§ 71.16 PARKING ON ROADWAY; RESTRICTIONS.
   No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the paved or improved or main traveled part of any street or highway in this municipality when it is practical to stop, park, or so leave the vehicle off that part of the street or highway, but in every event a clear and unobstructed width of at least 20 feet of that part of the street or highway shall be left for the free passage of other vehicles, and a clear view of the stopped vehicle shall be available for a distance of 200 feet in each direction upon the street or highway. No vehicle shall be parked continuously at any place in any public street for a period of more than 72 consecutive hours.
