§ 70.24 NOTICE OF REJECTION OF PERMIT APPLICATION.
   If the City Manager-Clerk disapproves the application, he or she shall mail to the applicant within the three regular business days after the date on which the application was filed a notice of his or her action stating the reasons for his or her denial of the permit.
