§ 153.02 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   There is hereby created within the city pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839, a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of no fewer than 3 members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least 1 year before creation of the Board and shall reside there throughout their term in office.
