(A) All fire hydrants located within the city that are connected to the city water supply system shall be painted yellow with red caps.
(B) All fire hydrants located within the city that are connected to a private water supply system shall be painted red with white caps.
(C) It shall be the duty of the person or firm installing a fire hydrant to the city water supply system to paint the fire hydrant in accordance with this section.
