§ 32.03 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   (A)   Creation. A joint Board of Adjustment is hereby created, which shall be known as the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County, Kentucky Board of Adjustment. The Mayors and County Judge/Executive shall appoint the members with the approval of their respective legislative bodies, and not more than a total of 2 shall be citizen members of the Planning Commission.
   (B)   Members.
      (1)   Number. The Board of Adjustment shall consist of a total of 7 members, all of whom will be citizen members.
      (2)   City members. Versailles' representation shall total 2 members, both of whom shall be citizen members. Midway's representation shall total 2 members, both of whom shall be citizen members.
      (3)   County members. The county's representation shall total 3 members, all of whom shall be citizen members.
   (C)    Term of office. The term of office of all members shall be 4 years, ending on November 1 of the designated year, and terms of those first appointed shall be staggered so that a proportionate number serve 1, 2, 3 and 4 years respectively, with later appointments or reappointments continuing the staggered pattern and November 1 date for a term of 4 years.
   (D)   Reimbursement. All members shall be reimbursed for any necessary authorized expenses.
   (E)   Other details. All other details for the joint City-County Board of Adjustment operation which are necessary for the establishment and administration of the Board shall be as described in KRS Chapter 100 as passed in 1966, and as may be amended in the future.
