§ 92.87 DAYS AND TIMES FOR USE OF FIREWORKS.
   Use of consumer fireworks shall not begin more than 3 days prior to and not more than 3 days following for the listed holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Times shall not begin earlier than 10:00 a.m. and not extend past 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and not exceed midnight on Friday and Saturday. The only exception shall be New Year's Eve. Hours for New Year's Eve shall not begin prior to 10:00 a.m. and not extend past 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day. Any use of fireworks outside of these days and times shall be considered a violation of both the noise regulations, Chapter 97 and the nuisance regulations, Chapter 92 and subject to the penalties within those chapters of the City of Midway Code of Ordinances.
