§ 31.19 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
   The Public Works Director shall have the duties that are reasonably expected and necessary for an effective and expedient operation of the City Water Works and Sewer Systems. The Director is subject to call at all times for matters reasonably related to those systems.
