For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING RUBBISH. Waste material resulting from construction, remodeling, repair or demolition operations on houses, commercial buildings and other structures.
HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH. Waste materials and trash, including garbage, normally accumulated by a family in a residence in the course of normal day to day living.
OPEN BURNING. Any fire wherein the production of combustion is emitted directly into the outdoor atmosphere and is not directed thereto through a stack, chimney or incinerator or shielded protective buffer screen, guard or covering device.
