§ 92.33 HEARINGS.

(A) A Code Enforcement Board is established pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to 65.8839 to conduct hearings relating to citations issued for violations of the nuisance ordinances contained in this chapter.

(B) The members must be either a property owner or a resident of the city.
