§ 92.32 CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
   (A)   A Hearing Board (“the Board”) is established to conduct hearings and shall consist of the 3 members that compose the Vacant Property Review Board.
   (B)   The members must be either a property owner or a resident of the city.
