§ 150.17 DESIGNATION OF CODE OFFICIAL.

The code official identified in the property code shall be the Building Code Enforcement Officer of the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission, or any other officer as may be designated by the Mayor of the city.
