The Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning Commission shall be designated as the local enforcement agency for the Kentucky Building Code. All building code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. All electrical inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction as an electrical inspector.
