Article VII, § 716.2 of the Woodford County Zoning Ordinance shall be hereby simultaneously amended to allow adult entertainment establishments as a permitted use in the B-4 Highway Business Zone. This shall include by definition adult oriented businesses of sexually explicit entertainment activities and establishments as more specifically defined in this chapter hereinabove. These businesses shall not be permitted in other land use zones in Woodford County other than the B-4 Highway Business Zone.
