§ 111.40 ASSIGNS.

The company is hereby given the right to assign the franchise created by this subchapter to any person, firm or corporation able, ready and willing to carry out the terms of this franchise, but prior to that assignment shall obtain consent from the city to the assignment, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
