§ 93.07 FEES AND COSTS; ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The City Council shall from time to time establish costs and fees for lots and other services provided by the city as part of the operation of the Midway Cemetery.

   (B)   (1)   The following costs and fees shall apply to the operation of the Midway Cemetery, effective May 15, 2019:

      (2)   There shall be a limit of 2 cremations per grave.

      (3)   Additional costs associated with or incurred by the Midway Cemetery in maintaining or repairing foundations, headstones or markers and involving the utilization of equipment or machinery not owned by the city and third party labor shall be the obligation of the lot owner and requesting party except in the case of maintaining and repairing foundations, headstones or markers if after the passage of 100 years from the date of installation of the headstone or the date of the last burial in the lot, whichever is later, and no family members can be located who are primarily responsible for maintaining their family's grave site.
   (C)   The term OVERTIME PERIOD as used in division (B) above is defined as follows: Saturday, Sunday or any legal holiday; and the hours between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays.
