§ 93.06 GENERAL POLICY.
   (A)   The cemetery management shall have the right and responsibility to request that all visitors to the cemetery conduct themselves in accordance with the inherent sacred nature of the cemetery, including the wearing of shirts and shoes. No parties, picnicking or sports activities of any kind shall be allowed on the cemetery property.
   (B)   Persons under 18 years of age shall not be allowed in the cemetery unless accompanied by an adult.
   (C)   Pets shall be not allowed in the cemetery, except if authorized under rules and regulations established by the city and under conditions as may be established therein by the city. This provision is effective as of July 1, 2003.
   (D)   Motorcycles and motor bikes shall not be permitted into the cemetery unless they are part of a funeral procession transporting the remains of the deceased to the cemetery.
   (E)   Riding bicycles shall not be permitted within the cemetery.
   (F)   Parking is permitted on the roadways of the cemetery only.
   (G)   All automobiles in the cemetery at the time of the arrival of any funeral procession shall yield the right-of-way to the funeral procession.
   (H)   The speed limit within the boundaries of the Midway Cemetery shall be 5 m.p.h.
   (I)   All persons working in any capacity within the cemetery, such as but not limited to stonecutters, monument erectors, planters or any other worker, shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the Cemetery Manager, and shall comply with all the rules and regulations of this chapter.
   (J)   The gates of the cemetery shall be open on such days and at such times as established by the city.
   (K)   The cemetery reserves the right to prohibit entrance to the cemetery by the public any time it deems necessary as a result of inclement weather, safety of individuals or preservation of the cemetery.
   (L)   All work of any description shall cease while a funeral or interment is being conducted. Workers shall withdraw themselves and all equipment to a reasonable distance from the location of the funeral service or interment.
   (M)   The cemetery disclaims all responsibility for loss or damage from causes beyond its reasonable control, and especially acts of God, thieves, vandals, mischief makers, explosions, unavoidable accidents, invasions, insurrections, riots or order of any military or civil authority, whether the damage be direct or collateral.
   (N)   Interment in the Midway Cemetery shall subject the remains being interred and all persons concerned with those remains to the terms of this chapter.
   (O)   The City Council reserves the right to amend these policies as it deems necessary, from time to time, for the care of the cemetery and the protection of the lot owners. In addition, the City Council may adopt additional rules and regulations regarding the cemetery not inconsistent with this chapter. This provision is effective as of July 1, 2003.

   (P)   The Cemetery Manager shall immediately report all violations of this subchapter to the Midway City Council.

   (Q)   No interments or disinterments shall take place on Sunday.
