§ 92.61 DEPOSITING LITTER IN A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PLACE.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to place or cause to be left any litter in a public or private place, without the consent of the owner, except in a receptacle provided expressly for the purpose of retaining such litter.
