§ 92.07 CITY MAY ENFORCE LIEN BY LEGAL ACTION.
   The city may undertake legal action to enforce its lien and collect the cost of removal and disposal of the abandoned underground storage tank if the cost specified in the certificate of completion is not paid within 180 days from the date of the mailing of the certificate of completion.
