§ 92.04 CITY TO NOTIFY OWNERS OF ABANDONED STORAGE TANKS.
   In the event the city determines that an abandoned underground petroleum products storage tank has not been removed as required by this subchapter, the City Clerk/Treasurer shall notify the property owners, as shown on the ad valorem tax bills for the city, by first class letter of the violation of this subchapter.
