All persons, firms or corporations who install an underground petroleum products storage tank within the city limits shall, within 30 days of the installation, notify the city in writing of the installation and include a description of the size of each underground storage tank and the specific location of each tank. Within 60 days after the effective date of this subchapter, all owners of property upon which an underground petroleum products storage tank is currently located shall notify the city in writing of the specific location of each such tank, the size of each tank, whether each tank is currently in use, and the last date upon which petroleum products were supplied to the tank.
