§ 70.36 DRIVER AND OCCUPANTS TO WEAR SEAT BELTS.
   Each driver and each occupant, 16 years of age or older, of a motor vehicle operated on the public roads in the city shall wear a properly adjusted and fastened safety belt as provided for under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208.
