§ 51.33 PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE AND TRASH FROM PREMISES.
   It shall be the duty of owners, proprietors, occupants and persons in charge of the buildings being serviced by a dumpster within the city to place, or cause to be placed, all garbage and trash accumulating on or within the premises into the dumpster.
