The city establishes this release form to be completed and signed before any work on behalf of the city is performed. The release form shall be agreed to by each volunteer who will be working, shall be signed by them, and shall be collected by the city's designee who supervises the volunteers; and submitted by the designee to the City Clerk at the earliest opportunity. The waiver and liability release shall remain in effect for the time period stated in it, so that completion of an additional release shall not be required before the expiration date.
