In addition, when a fine is imposed, the person who has violated this chapter will be charged an additional fifty dollars ($50.00). Of this additional fine, twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be allocated to the park district and twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be allocated to the village of Midlothian. Both agencies shall use these funds for "park improvements" and "safety purposes" as defined under section 10-18-1 of this chapter. (Ord. 1763, 9-14-2011)
