On any day when children are present and within fifty feet (50') of motorized traffic, no person shall fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign or red light, or fail to stop and yield right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk while traveling on a park zone street or at any intersection before turning right onto a park zone street.
