2-1-2: MEMBERS OF COMMISSION:
The plan commission shall consist of a chairman and eight (8) members, one of whom shall be a member of the zoning board of appeals, to be appointed by the president with the approval of the board of trustees and in addition thereto the village president and the president of the board of local improvements shall be members ex officio of the commission.
