1-24-2: COOK COUNTY EARNED SICK LEAVE ORDINANCE:
The Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Midlothian hereby opt out of the Cook County ordinance establishing earned sick leave for employees and affirmatively state that such Cook County ordinance shall not apply to the Village of Midlothian. (Ord. 1958, 6-14-2017)
