1-24-1: COOK COUNTY MINIMUM WAGE ORDINANCE:
The Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Midlothian hereby opt out of the Cook County ordinance creating a minimum wage and affirmatively state that such Cook County ordinance shall not apply to the Village of Midlothian. (Ord. 1957, 6-14-2017)
