The clerk shall assign or cause to be assigned to each lot or part of lot, residence, apartment or place of business, its legal number.
The clerk shall inform the owner, agent, or person in possession of such premises, as to the number thereof at any reasonable time upon request. (Ord. 198, 1-28-1941)
