9-2-5: INVESTIGATION OF APPLICATION:
The superintendent of public works shall make a report on each application and shall issue a permit in accordance with his findings. No charge shall be made for permits issued under the provisions of this chapter 1 . (Ord. 446, 11-12-1958)
