9-2-2: INSTALLATION OF CULVERTS; PERMIT:
It shall be unlawful for any person to install any culvert in or driveway over any highway drainage ditch in the village without securing a permit therefor in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 446, 11-12-1958)
