9-1-6: SIDEWALK WIDTHS:
All sidewalks hereafter constructed shall be constructed with the following widths:
   (A)   Eight feet (8') when fronting on property which is zoned for business purposes.
   (B)   Five feet (5') when fronting on property which is zoned for other than business purposes 1 . (Ord. 288, 7-14-1948)
