All sidewalks hereafter constructed in the village shall be either one-course or two-course Portland cement concrete sidewalks which shall conform in all respects to the specifications hereinafter set forth for one-course sidewalks or two-course sidewalks. Sidewalks shall be built to the grade established therefor by the engineer, and such grade shall be given by means of stakes set by the engineer. (Ord. 27, 1928)
