8-4-6: PENALTY:

Any individual, firm or association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than the penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code or the maximum allowed by state statutes for each offense. Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 999, 5-27-1981; amd. Ord. 1362, 9-13-1995)
