8-4-5: COST OF ABATEMENT; LIEN:

In either case provided by the two (2) previous sections, the expense of such abatement shall be collected from the person who may have created, continued or suffered such nuisance to exist. The village may file a lien for the cost against any real estate whereupon the nuisance existed. (Ord. 999, 5-27-1981)
