(A) No branches may be placed on the parkway nor will any branches be picked up from the parkway except when authorized by the village board because of acts of nature. Special pick ups may be paid for by the village residents by calling the village scavenger authorized for residential pick up.
(B) Any person who places branches on the village parkway other than at the times designated by the village board or without complying with the regulations for a special pick up shall be in violation of this section. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day the branches are on the parkway shall be considered a separate violation of this section. (Ord. 1817, 12-12-2012)
