(A) It shall be the duty of every owner, agent, occupant or lessee of any house, building, flat, apartment, business, school, library, church, lodge hall or any other premises to maintain in good order and repair, a container for garbage and to keep their property clean and free from any accumulation of garbage, refuse or ashes at all times.
(B) No person shall burn refuse or garbage of any kind in the village, except that controlled fires are permitted if they are specifically authorized by the mayor and village board. (Ord. 1817, 12-12-2012)
